Lawsuit filed: Houston worker claims not paid for all hours worked which resulted in a denial of overtime payment

On January 29, 2014, the overtime lawyers at Dunham & Jones, PC, filed suit against Oasis Fire Protection, Inc., Oasis Fire Protection-Houston, LLC, Oasis Fire Protection-Worldwide, LLC, and Oasis Fire Protection Holding GP LLC.
