Lawsuit filed: Houston Operations Manager claims unpaid overtime for hours

On November 1, 2013, the attorneys at Dunham & Jones P.C. filed suit in Federal Court in Houston against Kenya L. Myers and Georgette Kibbe-Herring on behalf of former operations manager Krystal Harris, alleging overtime violations.

Ms. Harris filed suit under the Fair Labor Standards Act (“FLSA”) for all unpaid overtime hours worked within the three-year period prior to the filing of the suit.

Ms. Harris, who worked in Houston, Texas, alleges that even though she was paid hourly, her employer refused to pay her overtime for any hours worked over forty hours per week.
