Lawsuit filed: Hourly Bookkeeper in Austin Claims that Defendants Consistently Failed to Pay Her Overtime

On November 13, 2013, the attorneys at Dunham & Jones, P.C. filed suit in Federal Court in Austin against Calibration Solutions, LLC, RRC Surveying, LLC, RRC Power & Energy, LLC D/B/A Renewable Resource Consultants, LLC, and Chong T. Bong on behalf of former bookkeeper Leticia Singeltary, alleging overtime violations.

Ms. Singeltary filed suit under the Fair Labor Standards Act (“FLSA”) for all unpaid overtime hours worked within the three-year period prior to the filing of the suit.
