Lawsuit filed: Austin maintenance man claims unpaid overtime for past 3 years

On November 15, 2013, the attorneys at Dunham & Jones P.C. filed suit in Federal Court in Austin, Texas against Premier Property Management, LLC, Martin L. Shore Living Trust DTD 1, and Martin L. Shore on behalf of former maintenance man Alex Downs, alleging overtime violations.

Mr. Downs filed suit under the Fair Labor Standards Act (“FLSA”) for all unpaid overtime hours worked within the three-year period prior to the filing of the suit.
